How to delete your Socialbud account and data
If you wish to delete your Socialbud profile and your user data, please follow the steps below to submit a request for your account and data to be deleted from the platform.
Step 1: Log into Socialbud, go to your profile by clicking "My Account" and choosing "Delete Account".
Step 2: You will be asked to type in the email address you use to access Socialbud (as a security measure). Then, click "Yes, delete my account"
Step 3: After submitting the request, you will see a success screen and receive an email confirming that your request has been received. Processing the request typically takes up to one week. During this time, you will be able to access your Socialbud account as usual. If you wish to cancel your request, please reach out to support@socialbud.com.
Please note, if you have an active Socialbud subscription, your account deletion request will be processed only after your paid period ends.
Step 4: Once the Socialbud team processes your request, your account will be deleted along with every piece of data collected and connected to your user profile.
Once the removal process is finished, you will receive one final email from Socialbud confirming that your account and data have been removed. Should you decide to sign up to Socialbud again at any point in time, you are welcome to do so!
